Voluntary Account Closure

You may contact the Poker Rules support team at any time to request account closure. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance tied to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

Poker Rules is not liable for:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• When a transaction is delayed due to a fault on the part of a third-party payment provider
• When data is lost due to an issue with the user's own device or software
• If game results are affected by an unexpected technical error
